DETAILS

  • Ceiling height:  30 Foot Ceiling in the Atrium and 20 Feet in the Ballroom.
  • Event Capacity:  Ballroom easily accommodates groups of up to 1,500 guests:
    1,500 for Receptions / 500 for Seated Events
    Ballroom may be split 1/3 – 2/3
  • Parking:   900 Parking Spaces
  • Easy Limousine drop-off: 2500 Clairmont Road NE.
  • Access to The Center: Immediate access to I-85 via entrances and exits

RENTAL

  • Rental Fees are based on a four- (4) hour event with four (2) hours of support time.  Should the event exceed the contracted time frame, overtime charges of $350.00 per hour will apply.
  • Proof of the Pudding will handle all of the beverage services for your guests. Pricing may be found on page 3 in this packet.

PARKING CHARGES

  • Free Parking
  • Valet parking is available at an additional charge.  Please ask your Account Executive for updated pricing.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL (EVENT OR SUPPORT TIME)

  • Additional time may or may not be available for an additional $350.00 per hour.
  • Should the event exceed the contracted time frame, overtime charges of $350.00 per hour will apply.
  • Overtime labor costs will apply to any additional rental time purchased

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS POLICIES

  • The full rental is due with the return of the signed contract. This rental and all other payments are non-refundable. Checks should be made payable to “Proof of the Pudding by MGR, Inc.”.
  • One month prior to the event date 50% of the beverage and service charges are due. Five working days prior to the event date the final payment is due.
  • A $1,500.00 security deposit is due one (1) month prior to the event as security for the payment of expenses for which the client, as licensee, is or may become liable for. The security payment is separate from your rental or service payments.
  • Proof of the Pudding by MGR does accept most major credit cards.

VENDOR INFORMATION

  • All vendors are responsible for cleaning the facility and must remove all trash from the premises.
  • All vendors must check out with the Proof Management prior to leaving the building.  Should they fail to do so, the client will be subject to a fee to compensate for any portion of facility found damaged or in unacceptable condition.
  • Proof Management must be advised of all and any deliveries planned for the event. The Operations Manager will then coordinate delivery time with the vendor.  Deliveries not planned for in advance will not be accepted.
