Approved Caterers
In addition to Proof of the Pudding, the Thalia N. Carlos Hellenic Community Center has a Preferred Catering Policy.
There is a kitchen-use fee if an outside caterer is used. This allows the outside caterer to use the kitchen on-site. Only those Caterers Approved will be permitted to Cater within the Center.
